David Iaconi

I have been in the Mushroom Industry for 30+ years. I grew up on my grandfather's farm near Kennett Square, PA; the Mushroom Capitol of the World. I have worked on several mushroom farms in the Kennett Square area since 1979 where I learned composting procedures, growing white and portabella mushrooms and overall management of mushroom farms. I also worked in South America and upon returning to the U.S., I worked on a large tray farm for 4 years in Kennett Square.

In 2000, I joined a sales and distribution company known as MRD Corp where I applied my growing experience to assist in matching products to growers needs. In 2003, started MSS Inc. as President and co-owner where I continue to apply my knowledge of the mushroom industry to assist fellow growers. I am also fluent in Spanish.

My expertise is in Composting/casing management production.

Dennis Lowell

Dennis Lowell has commercial mushroom production experience since 1964 and is always interested in applying his grower / manager experience within the industry.

His experience includes all personal, safety and training from 35-300 employees, purchasing and planning within budget, strict scheduling, harvest, canning and fresh shipping for more than 9,000,000 pounds annually. Industry innovator with reputation for successful startup and recovery of weak or mismanaged operations.
